If your printer won't print properly and you
have installed a working cartridge properly, your printhead is most likely
clogged. You can easily using a cleaning cartridge to fix the problem, instead
of changing the printhead.
If your printer has not been used for a while,
you keep changing different brands of the cartridges or you did not turn off
your printer properly, your printhead may be clogged and you will need a
cleaning cartridge to restore the printhead.
